NEW SPACE AVAILABLE

The former Slocum and Ferris space is a high-demand market stall. Conveniently located beside the main entrance of the solarium eatery, this stall has one of the best seats in the house. The leasable ground floor is 819 sq ft with an additional upper mezzanine area of 498 sq ft. The space is the only one of its kind with a built-in eating area for customers to enjoy. The space boasts prime frontage and ideal visibility from several points throughout the market. Formerly known as a beloved breakfast destination in Uptown Saint John, the space is versatile and can accommodate varying business concepts. We invite interested applicants to submit a proposal for consideration.
